She has decided to go in a program out of the city. It was her wake up and she apparently had some major health issues. She had heart surgery earlier this month. Wants a change.

BTW the Jessica on payson is the same Britney I used to hang with in 2011. She was 19 then. She has 3 kids. I met her again recently and stated she didn't want any publicity because she's about to do battle for her kids w her husband.
