Seems like most of them ask for $ for MSOG. So I include that in. And after massage we get the second round going.
I've had a few situations where I ask and it's usually not an issue.

Its probably YMMV no? If you are a repeat and have a repoire (and time permitting) I"m would assume most / many would allow. If you are new. Probably not unless you are a magic lover. You would really have to be something amazing for them to truly want to squeeze in another round in with you. Haha.

If you nutted quickly the first round and theres still 25 minutes left on the clock, the provider will be more enthusiastic about going for a second round as opposed to if your first pop took forever.
Also, whoops, I made a typo earlier, I usually only book 1 hr sessions only, and only have enough for 1 pop. Usually the second one is not as stimulating as the first one either so I try to make the first and only one last a little longer and I usually nut around the 40 or 45 min mark.
If I were to specifically want MSOG I'd see providers like Yoco and Mini who are pretty determined to make you pop multiple times and for no upcharge.

When I want something serious, I'd go with a normal girl who had normal relationships. Honestly it's whatever floats your boat and something of convenience for both individuals. The ho gets security and residency and the guy fulfills his perversion. Lets face it the majority of us aren't going to marry a ho but we always reminisce about the ones that got off the market because she hooked up with some guy. I was out and about recently and a semi hot young, 20's, girl was with an older out of shape gentleman with an expensive camera. The girl started taking selfies and the guy was trying to get pictures of her. She was so uninterested in him, but they were a couple, and I kind of felt sorry for them both. She didn't even try to selfie them both in a picture. Money, age, and beauty make an interesting arrangement.
I know women who are constantly getting proposed to. Guys sending their pictures like theirin a regular relationship. Money, gifts, etc. And I think guys become really nice and friendly to younger ladies and genuinely like giving even when they know its an illusion.
