The percentage of REAL college aged girls has definitely tapered off to a tiny amount. After much success even a few years ago, I've found that what's left is not worth the effort of searching and messaging day after day. I'm just waiting for the next big thing haha.

After living through the rise and fall of the Chicago Reader, the first online agencies, Craigslist, Backpage, etc for the pro / indy scene, it really seemed like something unique in connecting us with willing non-pro younger girls. But agree with your last statement. There's always another next big thing.
I've been on SA for a couple weeks. I finally managed to find a decent weekly arrangement for 200 PPM for 3 hours of time in the FC.
Here is my basic process:
1. Pictures: Obscure picture as public picture, clear pictures for private pictures. If all you have are shitty pictures, get better pictures.
2. Profile: Clear and grammatically correct; don't mention sex / FWB. Try to flesh it out a bit with some bull shit.
3. Messaging (Selection): There's some types of profiles I don't bother with. If they've been around a long time, if they say they're working in a high-paying job, or if they give off too much of a luxury / posh / young professional vibe, I'll skip them. They're all too likely to have GPS.
4. Messaging (Content): I send mostly a stock message, but if I see something in their profile I can comment on, I do that. I also ask them early on where exactly they're located. If they're far from me, I don't continue messaging. Then, pretty soon, I state explicitly what I'm looking for without mentioning sex, but instead using "code words" like casual / intimacy / etc. If they seem on board, I move to texting as soon as possible.
5. Texting: Figure out what her general schedule is, and see if we'd have mutual overlap. Set up a coffee / drinks meet. If she asks for allowance to meet for drinks, I stop texting her. Over the phone, I never explicitly refer to FWB or sex. I also never discuss prices. If she seems to want to do so, I tell her I'd rather do that in person. If she insists, I stop texting her. I think girls have a range of prices they're willing to accept, and if you're well-groomed / easy to talk to / good in bed, they'll give lower prices. But you need to have a M&G first to show them you're "deserving" of that lower price, so if you decide on it before meeting, you're not getting the best possible price.
6. M&G: I don't like going straight to FC, b / c then you lose the opportunity to get a lower PPM, and you might end up with someone totally crazy. At the M&G, I try to keep it as close to a normal date as possible. I push off discussion of allowance to as late as possible. I don't have enough experience with this stage to know how to best negotiate allowance. I guess you usually want her to say how much she wants first, b / c you might get lucky with a relatively low price.

Unless she's been at this a long time, knows the drill, and knows her number she'll almost always ask you what your allowance will be. Vast majority of these girls have no clue, have never done it before, and are looking for the guy to take the lead.

Some genuine females don't want to take that first step if they thing we are not their ball park. The way I put it across is the range I paid for my previous arrangement to tell my comfort level of contribution, while mentioning the to get to our specific allowance we should meet and talk. It's hard to throw a number.
Talking about which, the below one stood me up for our first meet after a lot of text exchanges. Etc. She seems to be a time waster unless someone else got this one as she has been around for some time. Did any of you get her? I will continue accordingly.

It does make sense, and I recently fucked a decent looking 21 year old Indian girl last weekend after a M&G for drinks. No allowance was even mentioned. I think once we were together she didn't see me as a "sugar daddy", but more of a guy who's fun and a FWB.
