I have the incident numbers; which I cannot post because they link to real life information. They may be open, but it doesn't negate the fact that there were 2 arrests for prostitution there last week.

Pretty much three citations for the same offense including prostitution allows them to tale the complaint to an administration board that can goes as far as pulling the business license and shutting the business down. This method would ease the closure of a spa. Cop goes in, service offered, citation issued. 3 strikes and your out. Go on the Pittsburgh Police web site and search prostitution or intersexual massage.
Coming into town again for work, wanted to see if anything new was going on in Pittsburgh. Seems so cryptic the last couple post and not so many reviews. I'm not the best at posting either but it been like "cricket" here. Except for dark of course.
