I've checked out Van Buren /32nd St./ Thomas quite a few times and have had little luck. Was even out yesterday for lunch but didn't find anything particularly appetizing. In fact, didn't see anything, except one possible BSW on 32nd who was too busy with her phone to make eye contact with.

He then asked me what I was doing in this neighborhood (I think he found it suspicious that me a white guy in a nice car was hanging out in this shitty neighborhood). I told him that I was waiting for someone. He asked me who I was waiting for. I told him a friend. He then said "are you sure it is a friend?" I said yes. Then he asked me "What is your friend's name?" I said Melissa very confidently. The officer then said "OK, I was just checking to see if you were alright" and he left. I waited for a while longer and still not sign of Melissa. I then saw this cop was again driving around in the neighborhood so I finally left. I was angry! I had a close call with the police! Of course, I am not sure what they could have done because in order to get you for solicitation they have to actually catch you in the act. He did not see me offering her money. Dave, am I right about this? I had thoroughly made sure that there were no cars following us and the only thing she had on her was an iPhone. I doubt if that was recording the conversation. At this point I was angry so I went to Bandaids where I do not have to worry about LE. That was definitey a close call though!

This sound like the same thing that happened to me about a month or so ago (minus the LEO problem) she took me to the same spot (Hilton Garden), which she suggested was safe, then said she didn't like it there, then she said maybe we could go to her room, (Motel next to Bill Johnson's) before I could say anything she got out of the car and said to meet her over there that she would have to see if its ok, never saw her again that night anyway, I think it cost me 30. I still see her around, usually somewhere between 24th and 40th st, usually walking with a black guy. I forget the name she told me.

Earlier in the day I had seen her hanging around a black guy. Her name is Missy. Fairly short, really thin dark haired girl from Louisiana with a southern accent .
