Tijuana is quite safe especially if you go during the day time. The Zona Norte (red light district) is real easy to find. Some people recommend taking taxi, but it is waste of money in my mind. It is only a 15 minute walk and it is quite safe especially during the day time. I do recommend you wear good shoes to walk in. There is free parking by the border as well if you wish. Most people pay for parking, but it is waste of time unless you are driving a real nice car. Get off on Camino De La Plaza which is the last exit before you cross the border. Make a left on San Ysidro blvd. Head North and you will see a Kentucky Fried Chicken. Make a left on to the frontage road. You can find free parking by the Goodwill store or about a block down. You can drive into Tijuana, but personally I do not recommend it. People drive crazy in Tijuana and it is confusing as well.

All you do is walk across the border by the trolley and you see a large arch off in the distance. There is a foot bridge that crosses the freeway. Continue on west through the shopping mall and cross Tijuana river. Keep heading west on street that is closed for pedestrians to the Arch (Revolucion). After you cross Revolucion this where Zona begins. Head up one block and you are in the heart of the Zona. Personally I recommend you during the day. I only go with the SG's since I am primarily interested in BJ's. You can find a SG $20-25. You can visit the Adelita or Hong Kong bar. They charge about $50 to $80. I also recommend going down between 12 pm to 6 pm. You might also want to check [URL]Bordertraffic.com[/URL] to see how long lines are. They have free webcams and you view how long the lines are. If you are going down I would probably wait. Many of the girls are heading home south for the holidays. My recommendation is wait till late January to visit Tijuana. I could go with you, but I varies a lot when I visit Tijuana.

In the end I would much rather stick to pick up SW's in the US. The girls charge more, but I end up spending the same when you factor in gas and the hotel fee. The other factor is that the service is usually better in the US. But street scene SD is dead so I do not any other choice.

I know I am late but I thought I would chime in. Beings friends with a SW always ends the same way and NEVER at the altar. LOL. Sucker Bill and another poster summed it up. They are after short-term money. $20 today for them is better than $10 a day for 5 days. I've defacto friend, confidant, pimp and it always ends the same way. The key is to always drive a good distance from where you pick up a where you pick up a SW. I drive a min of 10 blocks and or 1/2 mile from where I pick up a SW. I also try and find residential areas where you can only enter from one direction. This reduces the amount of traffic that is passing by. It also not a good idea to let a SW choose the spot. You never know if someone is waiting to rob you. The other problem is that there is a good chance that she has been leaving used condoms on street. This is a red flag for the locals. If I am new to a area I like to recon the area with Google earth. This makes it faster to find a spot and the SW will complain less.

I would think a residential area is about the worst place you could go for a car date. You're on a street with houses that families live in, and chances are that people are home in many of them. It seems likely that a resident would glance out their living room window and notice a strange car parked in front of their house containing 2 naked people going at it. Even getting a blowjob for more than 4 or 5 minutes is going to look suspicious. I've been uncomfortable a few times just sitting in my car waiting for a call back from a provider who sent me to a residential neighborhood.
