FYI there are two V's working at 7 H. Victoria and Veronica. I think Veronica is the boss. The place is a little pricey for what you get but not outrageous. Be ready to pay up front to avoid negotiations. An extra 20 or 30 here and there doesn't bother me but it adds up for them (ballpark an extra 20 times 5 mongers a day times 250 work days makes an extra 25 k per year for the lady).

V owner I can only imagine how she was 20 years ago, but Chicagoland is stuck with old now. Really, the age of the mongers also increased accordingly with them, so it makes sense younger would go to faster, more interesting areas of the world like NYC.
