They keep an eye on white people going in and out in their cars to score dope (or white chicks on bikes riding in for some crack). Probably does keep the SW presence down. There were some occasional thots at the McD's and across the street at the car wash but it has been a while. Most of the Jupiter action is UTR but doesn't necessarily mean top notch.
