It would be more of an embarrassment to the "officer" than it would be to the defendant. But I'm glad that was a law that was changed a few years ago. I'd like to think that GRPD has better things to do than to try and go after "consenting adults". Even the Federal closure / seizing of Backpage was a complete failure, seeing how a dozen sister sites took its place within a month.
