The parlour in Arlington on Wilson Blvd, next to the barber shop, has a sign "closed for a month for interior remodelling". No idea when the "month" started.
Palace Spa in McLean has a sign on the door stating closed for repairs until 25 July.
Blue Ocean (McLean) is open and welcoming.

Issues but the main issues was licensing. It took both msns a while to find licensed girls to work there. I'm not surprised as working at the totally legit places limits how much the providers can earn from tips.
