If so, I'll leave them alone. It has to be something serious; like robbery. Any kind of theft charges make me believe its possible I can be a potential victim.

I spotted what might have been a new SW. She was walking down Division around 12 am. Walking south towards 28th st. At first, I thought she was just a citizen, but as I passed by her, she looked in my direction. She was maybe 5'5 black hair either white or Hispanic. Nice legs and ass. She stopped at the bridge at the creek for a few minutes. And continued walking to the gas station on Division and 28th. I didn't make the pick up even though I could. I am retired. I just report what I see.
