The pics are real, but do not do her justice (she could *really* use a better photographer). About enough time to walk in I calculate. I just don't get it. I figure its not worth negotiating any more or calling her another time on another attempt. Its almost like sending your food back in a restaurant, you're not sure what you will get back after complaining.

If you want to be a low volume provider then a) be in a classy location. Be) work with your customer if the vibe is right see) be upfront and POLITE about it. The) advertise in a less obvious medium or not at all.
