I avoid the providers who say they receive golden showers or other unlikely menu items unless something in their ad indicates they will do anything for roses. Years back I went from city to city on here reading fresh ripoff reports and inspecting the ads still up and looked for patterns. I can say I learned anything so definitive I could pass a school test on the subject but it gave me a good feel as to providers to look out for.

As for 24/7 availability, I am still operating on the assumption that they want to recieve texts 24/7 but only put out when they need roses for their apothecary needs.
