The sooner you get there the better because some of them will rush you if you get there too late or they may close early if they aren't busy. It's mostly older Vietnamese ladies but sometimes you can find someone younger. I think they are able to stay open later because they are technically on the reservation.
ABC Massage, formerly Oriental Acupressure, on Curry Road near North Tempe is also open until at least midnight. It often has some decent looking Koreans. But they have become somewhat of a ripoff and will try and get a huge amount of a tip out of you for any extras for as little service as possible. They especially do this late at night when they know they have little to no competition. I would recommend not wasting your money here unless and until multiple people report that they have changed their ways. I believe that they are able to stay open later because they are located in a so called "county island" surrounded by Tempe but that is not part of Tempe.

The Lomi Lomi was fantastic. Best massage I've had in a long time so no regrets. I had the older lady. It started out very promising with the usual song and dance. Hands on the edge of the table. Lots of pressing against my hands. I did some light touching which she didn't stop or move away from. Rubbed her boobs on me during certain parts of the massage.
