Many reviews over a period of time is always a better way to judge your potential comfort level upon meeting. Myadvice in a situation of finding a provider with only one or perhaps just a few reviews. Good, bad or otherwise, would be to take a moment and if possible, see if the reviewer has reviewed anyone else.
Remember, anyone can become a member of any site by doing nothing more than creating a username and password and Tada. They can post a review. Our aunts and uncles are aware of this, and they know way this hobby operates in regards to the way of thinking of both genders. Nothing is foolproof.

(not where I lived) Six months later she was in jail calling my home phone 3-4 times a day wanting me to bail her out.
