Note that I never reach out for outcall, so I can't address those who claim a small deposit for Uber, etc. (though it wouldn't surprise me if almost all of them are scams as well).

I only have sent a deposit once, and that was good for two times which both were honored. Never did that again. Just do your research if you ever do.
