Nothing special... a $250 Nikon L100 digital superzoom (15x's). It looks like an SLR, but it's not. Shit, I think you can pick one up for $199 now. It does the job for most applications, but I can't touch the quality of JS Fantastic's nite shots with his Cannon Rebel DSLR!! However, the camera doesn't do all the work.

You can buy phones and phone cards at Walmart for cash. Then find an Internet cafe that still takes cash or look for a library or publicly available computer with Internet access to "register" the phone and get a number.

Your shots are good too, but wow JS's shots are super clear. Even in low light. True the camera does not do all the work and it is especially hard taking photos of people that prob. Go to Walmart or Target and get a prepaid T-Mobile phone, you can find one for like $20 at Walmart, and they come with like a few dollars airtime already in most cases, I've seen some come with up to $25 when you buy it which makes the phone basically free, but airtime cards are cheap anyway ($10/$25/$50/ & $100 depending on how much you think you'll need, $25 will be best and will last 25 days if you use it to just call from 7 to 7, and other T-Mobile customers). Make sure you set it up for the 7-7 call times, which means from 7pm to 7 am all calls you make are free, no matter who you call, other T-Mobile phones that you call are always free regardless. You can set it up online like AsianFan siad, or you can use another phone and just call the prepaid activation number 1877 778 2107, and just have it set up by following the instructions. Never use a credit card to refill airtime, always just go to a store, buy the card and call it up and load it. Get a cheap phone that you don't mind losing or throwing away if you need to.
If you wanta do AT&T prepaid, they have a $60 monthly unlimited text and call plan, thats what all of my girls use. And they make cheap throwaway phones too, like $20 and up. You can set it up online when you get it, or call the customer service number 1-800-331-0500 and have them set it up for you.
With any prepaid phone you can make up a name and an address, remeber what you tell them though in case you need to call and have the number changed or something like that.

The last two mornings I have gone out around 6 am and have noticed highway patrol out. I've spotted him a few times just sitting in the McD's parking lot off of MacFadden and going up and down Harbor. I can't remember the name of the side street but it's the one just north of MacFadden. I was on MacF and going to turn left onto Harbor. Highway patrol was heading east on MacF. Apparently he went up the street and cut into the residential area up ahead and came back around on Harbor 'cuz I saw that he had stopped a car that had just picked-up an sw. Saw him again cruising the parking lot of 7-11 off of 1st too.
