During my afternoon strumpet stroll today I saw very little from Tarpon to Hudson. Did find a few walkers on Mile Stretch East of US 19. Seems like from 19 to Grand you may find some trailer treats walking. Tall Ashley who used to stroll by Sunoco in NPR was there and she was a good girl. However, when stopped and unwind my car window, she let me turn to the sideway by saying I am not blocking you way and did not approach to me. So with my luck, my day off happens to be one of the coldest times ever. I started in Tampa but ventured over to NPR / PR and Holiday after not having any luck. It wasn't any better over this way. I did spot the Brooke everyone was talking about on 19/ Main walking south. She must have been freezing her ass of as she only had on a white sweatshirt and black legging type pants. I passed with all the mixed reviews.

I have a question for you guys. I spotted this Citizens On Patrol car a couple times during my stroll and seen them talking to a SW. Can they make arrest or are they just there as an extra eye for the police?
So far, I've struck out more then I have scored but it's the thrill of the hunt. But today, I would have to say it wasn't too thrilling but there is always tomorrow! Well, make that maybe Thursday. Tomorrow is going to be just as cold.

I know some buddies who volunteered for this for a while and you can not carry even if you have your CCW. Sooooo, imagine handing out parking tickets at Gulf view mall (they did this) and some fool robs Best Buy and as he makes his getaway, you are there in your cop car with a cop uniform on and only a radio to throw at the robbers with guns!

So maybe The Citizens On Patrol were giving words of wisdom to the SW they were talking to. I then saw them parked facing traffic as well. The driver was an older gentleman so maybe he's just a retired concerned citizen that lives in the area. Had better luck today over in Tampa. I will post in a bit.
