Riding motorcycles. With that said damn near every session I got to I hit the shower on arrival! First off like you said we all swear no matter what. That and after riding even a short distance that shower gives me a chance to quiet down my mind! When I ride, I focus totally on that. Gets the blood pressure up. Shower calms me back down.
