Without getting into the middle of this issue, just one comment.

I saw Neysa, and she is exactly right about the tips. She asks for no minimum, and says straight out just to leave "whatever". This could be [i]any[/i] amount you wish to leave her.

Some of you members may be a lawyer or know one. What right has Leo to stop you if he sees you coming from one of the Motels. Can he see you turn into a motel and have the right to search you and your car. What should a poor monger do.

I'm not a lawyer but I have been pulled over while driving on Lamar after picking up a girl I knew. Leo asked for ID and told me I was going downtown for picking up a prostitute. I told Leo I was only giving an old friend a ride, which was the truth. After I correctly gave her real name and both the girl and I told different officers that we met a few years ago at a specific bar- not strip club- I was released. She went to 201 for not having an ID.

The bottom line is: Leo can pull you over for whatever- charges won't stick unless an officer witnesses the misdemeanor in progress.

Unless he has probable cause to suspect you have committed a crime, or you choose to allow it, the officer has no right to search you and your car. That said, it's best to be as cooperative as possible with LEOs, because often they will 'pretend' that you have committed some minor traffic violation and search your vehicle under those pretenses.

I'm not sure what I'd do if you have a lady in the car. Hope and pray she's not carrying drugs, I guess. It's not a crime to associate with the lady, but if she's carrying in your car, you might as well be on the hook.

I was pulled over with a girl in the car that was suppose to be a sw but could have been a decoy. I was 1st pulled over by a U/C as soon as I picked her up. Then once we were stopped the A-Team came bailing in all in unmarked u/c cars. One officer detained me and the other detained her. I was immediately handcuffed and placed in the back of an unmarked cruiser where I was handcuffed. Then he asked me if I offered the lady money which I told him I didn"t. He asked me would I had offered her money and I said maybe. Then he told me they could impound my car for having a sw in it. Then he let me go and told me not to be caught with a sw in my car anymore. They also asked me what my wife would think about the ordeal. They wanted to know my occupation and when I told them they were shaking they head as if I was definetly wrong for doing what I was. I think she was a decoy and recording me the whole time. Thats probably why they stopped me so quick. If I had offered her money I know they would have arrested me.

The reason I was checking is I was to take a well known WSW from Nutbush area to have her hair cut. She is trying hard to go straight. We had plans to stop back at one of the notels but last minute changed my mind. She was always arrested for drugs. Never was arrest for being a working girl. That crap about impounding your car for having a known SW is bull. They can't arrest you for simply being in the car with someone; that would be unconsitutional (we have the right to freely associate with whom we choose). They can DETAIN you and QUESTION you briefly, as you've described, but once you tell them you didn't offer money then they really don't have any cause to keep you. Again, unless of course the SW rolls on you or is carrying.

Entrapment occurs when the LEO or someone working on the LEO's behalf entices you to do something you might not otherwise have done. So, for example, any sexual contact whatsoever that happened before the illegal activity (i.e., the offer to exchange sex for money) has a stong possibility of being considered entrapping behavior. Last time I was at the Bellvue, it was almost as blatent as Casey's used to be back in the old days. They were just begging for the shit to come down on them. So was the Garden Inn.
