Oppose House Bill 1362 - Need your action - NOW

This bill states that "Vehicle Impoundment and penalty $500 - Upon an arrest for a suspected violation of patronizing a prostitute"

Read carefully - "suspected" johns. Not Convicted Johns. That is why it is important : This bill takes your right away - It is going to be a law soon that punishes based on arrest. Only a conviction in the court should lead to punishment. Now the police has unfair advantage. They just have to suspect and make you pay $500. Please fight against it. If you read closely, you can later "challenge the validity of an impoundment" (meaning, you get your money back if the impounding process mentioned in the bill is not followed).

Ok I originally posted this in the Evertt forum but have received no responses so hopefully I get better luck here.

I am a currently depolyed with the military and will be returning to the area in just a few short weeks. I have be gone the better part of the last 8 months and I am in need of unwinding. I am looking for suggestion on were to go and/or who to see. Thanks for any sugestions you all can give.
