Criminalize it all. The most effective method is too legalize, regulate an inspect providers as being of age, disease free and consensual and not criminalizing them or their patrons while at the same time providing severe penalties to sex traffickers and the clients who see unlicensed providers and actually consistently enforcing them. And no penalties for trafficked victims. Of course we can't have because that would mean we're condoning prostitution.

That being said, no there isn't ample evidence of actual human trafficking. There is ample evidence of the crimes that have now been labeled human trafficking at these events.

Local AMPs traffic ladies from Korea, China etc. But most of the time the ladies know what they are getting into before they agree to come to the US. A few don't and it depends on the handler of the ladies. In Indy there was a group of Mexican traffickers that was busted up and they worked the Mexican night clubs selling trafficked latin ladies but only to their ethnic group. Even Louisville has this type of issue just like NYC has the mobs from the old Soviet Block trafficking ladies. Much of the trafficking is behind the scenes and within a certain ethnic group. Many state and local LEO and non-profits now define giving drugs to, or withholding drugs from an addict is "coercion" if the sole purpose of the providing or withholding is induce them to have sex for money and give the money to the pimp. Now I feel initiated. Earned my first point today. I had out discipline points all day so bring it.

In the span of 21 days we have 2 very different reviews. That's roughly the time separating these 2 polar reviews. One praises this lady and the other calls her a nasty drug skank. The latest one is the negative criticism. For now I take these two posters at face value. Do these women really decline this much?

I had my own problems with a previous reviewer. After having this happen multiple times sometimes by happenstance. I figured out he just likes nasty women. One example that remains in my mind is the lady that had meth sores all over her face. This was in the span of a week or less. The asshole later admitted he was covering for these ladies nasty habits. His view was it was none of his business. When you can describe in great detail about the incall.
