I know I posted a sorta negative review of Victoria Spa but I take it back. I didn't cheap out my 2nd time and they treated me right. I've now been there more than a handful of times.

I seen her before. She looks like she gave you a better visit than me. She's mediocre, can't take any dick though. It's best to go to these establishments when they are slow since they are more likely to not rush and not feel like it's a business.
