Guess, time to be careful on McM.
But now we also solved the issue of the camera on McM. Guess, it was set-up by a resident.

Too funny.
In San Antonio a man was acquitted of murder even thpough he admitted he shot the escort he met from Craigslist. She apparently tried to cash & dash with $150 and he sprayed her car with bullets from his handy AK-47.
Apparently, In Texas its legal to use deadly force to recover stolen property and when an escort tries to leave without performing sex, it is now theft and the money stolen property.

http://www.mysanantonio.com/default/article/Jury-escort-shooter-4581027.php
That is the craziest verdict I have ever heard. That guy should be in prison. She didn't steal the money he gave it to her. If he wasn't happy with the service he has to take her to court. That would be like shooting your plumber because you paid him in advance and he didn't fix your toilet.
That would be like shooting your plumber because you paid him in advance and he didn't fix your toilet.
For the record, I think that's legal in Texas too.
For the record, I think that's legal in Texas too.
Might be fewer cash and dashes if this were the legal in all 50 states.

As it's been explained to me, what this person did doesn't qualify under the legal definition of "murder" in Texas, and the prosecutor should never have brought those charges. If the prosecutor had charged him with manslaughter, the conviction would have apparently been a slam dunk.
I heard this morning on chanel 9 news that the residents will be marching the streets today. I can't find it to give more details. Did anyone else see the story. If so can you give more info on it. As always stay safe.

Basically, if you're ever in any trouble with police and want to keep your mouth shut, you will need to announce that you're invoking your Fifth Amendment right instead of, you know, just keeping your mouth shut."Petitioner's Fifth Amendment claim fails because he did not expressly invoke the privilege against self-incrimination in response to the officer's question,

And nite
There was a story on WCPO about it. I have mentioned here on a couple of occasions that the sex trafficking awareness campaigns will create the next great moral panic. The assumption is every man involved is violent and every woman is a victim. There are just enough anecdotal examples to justify the "epidemic" as portrayed by the victim industry advocates.

Fairview Heights community plagued by human trafficking fights back.

CINCINNATI. When the sun goes down in Fairview Heights, residents say the neighborhood they call home becomes a breeding ground for prostitution.
Residents along the McMicken corridor have seen it all and say the number of prostitutes, pimps and "johns" are growing in their area.
"I had a pregnant, half-naked, bleeding prostitute push through my window at 2:30 in the morning a week ago," said XXXXXXXX, president of the West McMicken Improvement Association.
Residents say prostitution in their neighborhood has been growing for years. But Monday, they put pimps and solicitors on notice.
Armed with signs and blue ribbons. The symbol of human trafficking. Residents alerted the community to a new kind neighborhood watch campaign.
"We are trying to fight the demand and we're also trying to fight the primp, the purveyor of the exploitation, which is human trafficking," Walsh said.
The community hopes that by reporting the license plate numbers of solicitors to police, the shame will keep them away.
They also want to let prostitutes know they can find help.
"You watch the pimps hitting these women, calling them names, walking three or four paces behind them," Fairview resident XXXXXXXX said. 'We realize that prostitutes are victims. Very sad victims."
Community leaders said they are working very closely with Cincinnati police. But officers say prostitution isn't an easy issue to solve and is usually a symptom of a larger problem, like drugs and homelessness.
"We can't arrest our way out of a problem, ' Cincinnati Police Lt. Maurice Robinson said. 'Like a lot of problems, without the cooperation of the community and different elements of the community, everything has to work together to identify and solve a specific problem."
Residents have tied blue ribbons on all the trees, a symbol for human trafficing. And they had big signs that said HEY JOHNS WE GOT YOUR NUMBER.

Guy sets up a first date at a convenience store. Woman picks him up in her van and he ends up naked and beaten in a field at the hands of her "brother" and his friend. He doesn't seem to know her name and he lost his drivers license and $$.
Just another example of why knowing your monger rules is valuable. In this case, don't lose control of your environment.
Guy sets up a first date at a convenience store. Woman picks him up in her van
Sounds like a CL date gone bad. You've got to be careful of those guys wearing 'Dickie shorts'. WTF was he thinking getting into her van? Also interesting how he had a nice round sum of $$ on his person. Until he lost his clothing. The sumb*tch is lucky to be alive; well unless he had to go home and tell that story to the Mrs. And if so, the frying pan injuries could be worse than what was inflicted in the cow pasture. LMAO
