I agree with Nik, go to one he suggested. I've personally been to King. It was pre-covid and believe it was just a HE. I have been going to Sun & Moon in New Windsor out of convenience and know they are FS. Read reviews before making the drive, some ladies are better than others.

Good / proper massage / bodywork is done on someone NUDE. Glutes are definitely one muscle group that needs proper massage. Swedish / Oil / Hot Rocks would stumble on underwear. A Legit place will use a sheet or towel and draw a ling down the middle and cover the private parts.

Do yourself a favor, take our advice below and go somewhere else, specifically a place Nik mentioned if Middletown is where you're looking. Read the reviews in this thread, they will point you in the right direction.
Since you do appear new to all this I'll add another tip: stay away from New Windsor that I mentioned earlier to you, the cops are sniffing around.
