The general breakdown you're giving is spot on though. I think lots of folks could do well on SA and should try at least once. I had such good runs on there the two times I ponied up, but when starting fresh it definitely took the first week or so to gain traction. Then it becomes a balancing act like you said.

I take breaks from all this from time to time for one reason or another. I took a major break when I started seeing someone and deleted a bunch of contacts to avoid temptation.
