I wasn't going to argue as I knew it would be a no win battle and the only thing I can do to deal is to never return and spread the word to fellow mongers who may have been contemplating giving them a visit. I really only went because the one attendant I would see, Stephanie, was exceptionally good. One Sunday, I called to see if Stephanie was working and a non-familiar voice answered and told me that Stephanie no longer worked there but there was a new girl Coco on duty. She made the point to mention that Coco was young and pretty. I decided to pay them a visit and give this Coco a try.
On arrival, Coco greeted me in a black short skirt and red low cut top. Pretty face and great legs. First thing I noticed was that everything about the spa was different (no blankets on table, doors in place, just a towel on the table and even different mints out front). It became very clear that this was new management / ownership. I laid on the table and decided not to cover up. I did visit there once and got a real bad vibe when I walked in. First I asked for someone who could do a strong rub, and the attendant said we didn't have anyone like that. Then, the place was like a zoo with everyone running around all over. Hello everyone, I've been a lurker for a while now. I did try to post about Jing / Ambrosia when I was wondering why they changed their business model. My first experience there was great. The woman was older but gave a great massage and just went on ahead with the HE. The following two times were different with okay massages and price negotiating for service at the end. Since then I've visited Kyoto and each time I go it's been an enjoyable experience. However I live close to Jing and was hoping for something that would suit my needs but not have me drive all the way around Charlotte to get there. University, Concord, Huntersville, and other North Charlotte zones would be best. I know you guys want a give and take here but my experiences are limited to that. Though I can tell you it was CiCi at Kyoto who gave the best service.

I've never done this before, whole account thing, but I've been to a few places based off of reviews I have read on here and I just wanted to put my two cents in.
COOL CAVE.
Went into cool cave a few days ago, girls were not as attractive as other places I went to but I still have it a shot. I drew meme, small Asian girl. She was probably the most attractive out of the bunch. I laied on the table, and the sheets were damp. They had a musty smell to them but she assured me they were just washed. We started the session and she didn't really speak. The massage wasn't very intimate and she didn't talk much. The price was a little steep for what I got. She flipped me over and gave me a basic hand finish. Upon leaving, I went to use the rest room and it has bugs in it.
The pictures of this spa are a lot nicer than it actually is. Maybe I drew badly and went in on the wrong day but the experience is not at all what I had anticipated.
Run away as fast as possible.

New spa off independence. Decided to give them a try. Advertised real pictures and I was surprised to see that they were. They're in the same shopping center as Kyoto but they weren't too hard to find. Walked in, and you can tell this place is new. It's just that Athena is way more expensive than the others for the same extras. They've got great customer service and good looking providers, but they barely budge on tips. If you're a cheapass and you balk at their prices, you get pissy and the experience is screwed. What you fail to realize is that you're getting what you pay for, which is a clean facility, an attentive staff, and pretty girls... NOT full service, which is what I want.
I went there twice. I see the value in what they're offering. I just want something else.

So I used to go to nice spa before, never really on a regular basis but it was always a pretty decent place to go get a rub and not pay an arm and a leg. I guess they switched to a new location, they used to be off of Woodlawn and now they're in a business shopping center. Not much farther from where they were before but their new place has a lot of traffic flow coming in and out. A little awkward to walk in there and possible be seen.
Anyway I drew some black girl, didn't get her name. Paid for an hour, and she left me in the room for about 15 minutes by myself. Finally came back and started the session, maybe five minutes into it she asked if I wanted any upgrades. I asked for FS and she quoted me 400. I have never been charged so much at this place. I said it was a little much and she said that I could get something else. Ended up spending 150 on a pretty basic session. She got undressed and I got to massage her but it was a standard HJ and that's was it. She rushed me out with 15 minutes left.
I've never really had a bad experience here so maybe it was bad timing but if anyone can figure out who she is or what her name is, I don't recommend seeing her. Extremely disappointing considering what I usually get.
