Some observations:
This tactic is being used in Hawaii and it's not clear if it will spread or if it will even be applicable to other states where the laws are different. But, since information like this is often shared between LEO agencies, I wouldn't be surprised if other areas adopted some variation of it.
This tactic specifically targets the ladies so while it will suck if your favorite AMP is shut down it shouldn't pose a threat to clients.
There's an inconsistency in the story itself because it defines sexual assault as touching the genitals without consent yet it also talks about an undercover LEO taking an AMP girl's hand and placing it on his own crotch. WTF, doesn't that constitute consent?
The main takeaway, IMHO, is that even in a relatively (AFAIK) tolerant and permissive place like Honolulu, LEO is still bending over backwards to go after consensual adult conduct.

Let's take the cons first:
While some AMP girls deliver a pretty good massage, most aren't hired for their massage skills. Unless you've enjoyed a massage from both girls before, you're rolling the dice as far as the quality is concerned.
If one or both aren't very good, or if they're out of sync, or if they have very different styles, it probably won't live up to your expectations or the price you paid.
Since you're booking two girls for a full session, they usually want and expect a full tip (ex. 40 each). A client who only tips at their regular level in total (ex. 20 each) may think that's appropriate but should understand, from the masseuses' point of view, they may be seen as a cheapskate and that perception may affect future visits.
If the house fee isn't discounted, then that's more $ you've got in the game. If the session is underwhelming, your buyer's remorse will likely be higher.
As other seniors have noted, the offer may be nothing more than a lame marketing gimmick to get you to visit the AMP and you may be told they're too busy to do four-hand.
IME (and this is the biggest negative for me), with rare exceptions, AMP girls are less adventurous when there's another masseuse in the room. One simple reason for that is they see each other every day and AMP girls are notorious gossips about clients and each other. So a girl who, when she's alone with you, might allow UTC roaming or be open to oral options, may not be willing to go that far when one of her friends (or rivals) is present. That's not to say that surprises can't happen, but (IMHO) the odds are against it. Along those same lines, I think an AMP girl would be less likely to give you her private digits in that situation.
Pros:
If you've never done four-hand, it can be a lot of fun and a very different experience as long as you don't let your expectations get too high.
If the AMP is offering a significant discount on the house fee, it may be worth taking the plunge (but don't let yourself be tagged as a bad tipper).
It's not a bad way to check out the talent for future visits if it's a place you haven't visited before.

All I can say is WOW! Top notch from start to finish. I saw Scarlett on the way out and you weren't kiding. If you like the last four letters of my name you will be in heaven. One of the best places I have been to in a long while. Seniors can PM, but keep the back and forth short. Don't want to waste my PM's. Guys keep major details off this site. Upsell from start. 45 bucks meant light touch and boy was it light. Almost no touch all fingers.
Not going back and no happy or even close. NOVA still blows and not in a good way.

I paid FS prices for a sub-nova experience. I learned my lesson!
I opted to visit Shantilly area. Lots of construction on road near Walney detoured me to Sully Circle and decided on Best. Parking in front and to side of building with typical business park surroundings. Note that another AMP close by looked closed. (I know this as Care therapy) I drew Mickey. 4/10 with looks and body. The visit was extremely lackluster and it was mainly due to major HVAC repairs. I ended up with a standard 30 min visit with roaming highly discouraged. I would return because I know there used to be better potential. I can't comment on most things like TS, room temp, bathroom, towels as the place was a mess with the HVAC contractor. This may be finished by now. I was headed to Miko, but the bridge was out and I was too lazy to due full detour. Also, I'm not too fond of a visit to Far East due to the business next door gawking at everything.

Following up on the new place in Springfield. Drew Scarlett on a 30 min end of the evening massage. Place was pretty busy for 9 PM. She is gorgeous and has tremendous assets. She noted the other girls there are her age. Her English was very very good. Great place but its popularity makes me nervous.

She uses some non scented oils and does a fairly mediocre massage on the back, on the flip she gets really into the rub and seems to want you to bust on her chest, she seems to get a real kick out of that. Real enthusiasm from her, but when the business starts she also upsells a BBBJ and finish in her mouth which was a lot more expensive. I'd didn't bother as I wasn't really aiming for that and didn't have the extra dinero to coffer up. She's a decent lady, a bit on the older side probably in her early to mid 40's, but she has a decent body to boot. She lets you get roam around all over which is a good thing.

I don't think I've ever reviewed them before, but I go there if I don't feel like going to the more established AMP's. I tend to cycle through three different ladies and they all seem to recognize me at this point and don't bother with the LE awkward check towards the end.
I have been on this site for 11 years!! Just got done reading old post and boy those where the days! It's seems now all the AMPs are run by very old grandmothers who smoke too much.
Can someone please pm me about any places in Nova that have young talent and worth the money. Or has this hobby moved to the k condos now and that type of service and young hot girls are gone from AMPs.

Saw Tonya's ad in the regular BP massage section and did an image search which showed that the pic in the ad was used in a past escort ad with good reviews on the oThER site. She texted that her massage prices were 120 for the hr which is what many FBSM providers charge so I decided to TOFTT.
Location was an upstairs studio in a private house in an OK neighborhood in Falls Church. Woman wasn't close to what was portrayed in the pic but I decided to give the massage a try. That wasn't worth much either, unfortunately. Scented oil and mediocre technique and as we got to the end and the conversation turned to the topic of whether a finish was available she said "my agency won't allow that".
Agency? Really? WTF! I don't know if that part was true or BS but, either way, she's not worth anyone's time or money, IMHO.

Went for hour and was in and out in less than 30. She used really scented oil that didn't come off. I agree she loved using her breasts to make it happen. She alluded to more on future visits but got mad when I inquired again about a return visit. I think she likes her ATM approach and wants high volume for little effort. Not worth a visit in my opinion.
Had to drive South of normal hunting ground of and. VA, down route 29 for a meeting. Stopped off in Warrington at a see. AMP. On the way and was very pleasantly surprised! Place was Vivi Spa. Dreamt I met a beautiful young, 20's something that was sweet, fun, charming, warm and affectionate GFE type. Even though it was not in NOVA, it was a NOVA finish that was very pleasant. Anna said she got there a week ago from Penn. Treat her nice and she will treat you nice. Good massage, etc. IMO, much better quality than typical NoVA AMP.

Mongers and lurkers that actually read this board with frequency would have noted that those with limited / no posting history who ask for "actionable intel" without sharing any intel are frequently severely chastised (not be me, but by others).
FWIW. Yes, there are several locations in this area that are happy to accept / have women clients. The key to connecting your wife with one is for YOU to become a good customer. You need to establish a friendly business relationship with the MMS and staff at the place you patronize. Once you are known to be a good client (reliable, gentlemanly, appropriate tips left), you can talk to the manager / MMS about an appointment for your wife, and ask the MMS to recommend an appropriate Massage Technician (if you do not think the MT you've patronized would be amenable).
If your wife / you are actually interested in an AMP experience, it would likely take 4-5 appointments for you to become so established.
A shorter-term solution would be to patronize an independent advertiser on BP / CL. BP / CL listings frequently include information related to provider preferences related to gender -- but almost all BP / CL listings are a crap-shoot.
Whatever YOU do -- always be nice to the ladies.

I recently paid a visit to [B][red]Top Therapy[/red][/B], as it had been a long time since I'd visited that part of NoVa. The following is my evaluation, based on that visit.
[B][U]EXTERIOR[/U][/B]
- [B]Accessibility:[/B] The office park in which this AMP is located is situated along Route 7 (Leesburg Pike), with easy access either from that thoroughfare or from another entrance on a side road (George see. Marshall Drive), which will take you into the rear area of the parking lot.
- [B]Parking:[/B] I visited on a weekday, shortly after opening time. Despite the fact that this was a professional office complex, there was plenty of parking available in any section of the lot. There seemed to be enough lights in the parking lot, and even though the area is located near a mildly sketchy area (Pimmit Hills), a visit at evening / nighttime should not be a risky proposition. In other words, low risk from criminal elements or car break-ins. But, if in doubt, park near a lamppost.
- [B]Entrance:[/B] As their occasional ads note, the entrance is in back and, even though there are neighboring businesses, it is not directly visible from any of them, for what that may matter. There is an outer entrance door, and then an inner entrance door with a doorbell.
[B][U]INTERIOR[/U][/B]
- [B]Cleanliness:[/B] From the entrance foyer onward (including the restroom and shower area), everything was clean and tidy and had a fresh smell (no lingering odors of food or mildew apparent).
- [B]Shower Room:[/B] The shower room looked newly tiled and had an almost 'Roman' (no pun intended) appearance to it. The fittings looked new and clean, as did the table. There was no apparent standing water in this room, although it clearly had been used this morning, and there was no aroma of mildew in this area, either.
- [B]Sauna:[/B] I did not notice a sauna, so I'll have to remember to check on this during my next visit. Or, if another member pays a visit, please make a note.
- [B]Water Temperature:[/B] The TS water was plentiful and the right temperature: hot but not excessively so. (Lukewarm TS water is not good, IMHO.).
- [B]Air Temperature:[/B] When I walked in, the temperature seemed about right, and not at all humid. Even after exiting the TS, it didn't seem chilly. Overall, this establishment seems to keep its air conditioning set at the right level. However, as the season changes, this may also change. So, if anyone pays a visit in the next few weeks, please note this.
- [B]Bathroom:[/B] The restroom was clean, with no lingering odor of mildew or other "odd" smells. They appear to be diligent in keeping this area clean.
- [B]Sheets/Towels:[/B] The sheets and towels in the room, as well as the washcloths in the TS, all appeared to be new and clean, not re-used or "recycled. " At the end of the session, the therapist took the sheets and towels to the laundry.
- [B]Room Privacy:[/B] The rooms all had doors, which the therapists kept [U]just slightly[/U] ajar by a crack. The walls go from floor to ceiling. Because I was one of their first customers that day, I cannot say whether any sound would travel from room to room; however, judging by the simple drywall construction typical of an AMP, sufficient noise reduction should exist so that conversation from an adjoining room should not bother you.
- [B]Final Amenities:[/B] The therapist brought hot, moist washcloths to wipe away the massage oils, and another to dry off any remaining water afterwards. And, my therapist brought a small bottle of cold water for me to sip when I exited to the heat outside. MMS asked me if I had a nice visit (which I did), something that is always a nice touch, and the therapist walked me to the exit. And, in the entrance foyer, there was the ubiquitous bowl of candy, full of peppermint Lifesavers.
[B][U]SERVICE[/U][/B]
- [B]Time:[/B] The full hour was given. There was no 'shorting' on time. Fee was. 8 for the hour.
- [B]Therapist:[/B] My therapist, and the others that I saw, all seem to be in their 30's or 40's (if that matters) and were dressed presentably rather than in, for example, sweat pants and sweatshirts. The quality of the massage was more than acceptable, in terms of pressure, coverage, and knowledge of muscle and skeletal systems. Tip was. 5 for the session, with no complaints.
[B][U]OVERALL:[/U][/B] I would rank this AMP in the top 20% for its cleanliness, accessibility, and general quality metrics. For the NoVa area, I would recommend this AMP and I plan to make a return visit when funds allow.
A friend of mine recently stopped by this place on Franconia. Had a good session with Yuna (Euna? A 30-something cute, petite but curvy gal. She looks slender, but has a nice figure under her outfit (short shorts and tank top). Decent TS and massage (not amazing, but pretty good). $80 for the house; more than the standard NOVA tip got him more than the standard NOVA visuals and roaming (YMMV). He said he would return-.

Fairfax office building 2nd floor suite. First time there, was on best behavior. After legit massage finished, therapist went to hallway.
I heard a man walk in, she tells him my "name", and that I'm a "nice guy". She seemed to be responding to questions to check for funny business but maybe I'm paranoid.
Seemed really fishy. Assuming it's our uncle's place until further notice.

Continuing my explorations in and around NoVa, I stopped in at [B][red]Care Therapy[/red][/B] this afternoon. It's been around for a number of years, according to the manager, but I don't recall having seen any reports about it, at least not recently. This was my second visit in the past fortnight.
[B][U]EXTERIOR[/U][/B]
- [B]Accessibility:[/B] Care is located in an easily accessed 2-story office park along Backlick Road between Annandale and Springfield.
- [B]Parking:[/B] Parking appears to be plentiful at any time of day. Both my visits have been during the daytime, but the parking areas look like they would be fairly well-lit after dark. I don't recall reading about much of any crime in this area, so things should be good even for evening / nighttime visits.
- [B]Entrance:[/B] Although the entrance faces Backlick, the particular office is set back a ways from the road. There is only an outer (entrance) door, which opens directly into the foyer. This outer door is locked, with a door bell button.
[B][U]INTERIOR[/U][/B]
- [B]Cleanliness:[/B] The inside reflects a bit of the age of this office park, but everything was clean, fresh, and well-kept.
- [B]Shower Room:[/B] The shower room was standard fare with most establishments, but it was clean and had no aromas of mildew. The table itself was clean and in good condition.
- [B]Water Temperature:[/B] The TS water was the right temperature: neither too hot nor too cold.
- [B]Sauna:[/B] This place does not have a sauna.
- [B]Air Temperature:[/B] The air was conditioned without being frigid. There was none of the outside humidity within. They seem to be able to keep air temperature set at the right level.
- [B]Bathroom:[/B] This room was clean and didn't have any lingering odors or odd smells. Despite the moderate age of this building, the bathroom was in good repair.
- [B]Sheets/Towels:[/B] Sheets and towels were fresh and new, both in the bathroom and in the therapy rooms. In the rooms there are small units that look like mini-refrigerators, but these hold hot moist towels and facecloths. While they're not scalding, they definitely stay hot inside those units. At the end of the session, the therapist removed the sheets and towels from the room table and took them to the laundry. They were not "recycled. ".
- [B]Therapy Room:[/B] The rooms all had doors, which the therapist keeps slightly ajar, and the walls go from floor to ceiling. I could not hear any conversations from adjoining rooms, but that may have been because business was slow each time I visited. In any case, the rooms are standard fare, with a massage table; a nightstand for the lamp, lotion, and rubbing alcohol; a chair; a mirror on the back of the door (if you need to adjust your tie or comb your hair); and clothes hangers and wall hooks. The massage table was of more than adequate length / width and had a hole & cushion for the head.

She finished the session with additional work on the shoulders and neck muscles. Tip was. 5 for the session, with no complaints.
[B][U]OVERALL:[/U][/B] In spite of this facility's relative age, I still would rank this AMP among the top 20% in NoVa. It's clean, accessible, and has good overall quality metrics, so I have no problem giving Care Therapy a solid recommendation. They appear to be very customer-oriented and are competent. I will return at some point, likely in the near future as funds allow.

I've been there twice and didn't get anything more than a massage on either visit. Maybe I look like a LEO but I was hoping a 2nd visit would help out and it did not. Both visits were a few weeks apart and not long after FCCC went down. Maybe they were being extra cautious around that time.
Stinks for me because this place is in a convenient location, but I won't revisit and pay. 8 for an hour for a massage when I can do that for. 5 a few miles further.
But as they say, YMMV.

Great table shower and above average massage skills. Saw another provider named Mei or May who looks even younger than Scarlett. I will probably return. This spa is about one block from another spa. There are a few FBSM providers who post in either the BP or CL therapeutic sections and you can usually tell by their ads and their prices if they might be open to extras.
Saw this ad and gave a call, which was answered by Sophie who speaks good English and is apparently the boss. Made an appt with Amy and was directed to a nice apt complex in McLean.
Quick summary is that Amy is a cute 20's Chinese girl, despite the fake pic, who gives an OK massage and, while she said she was willing to do FBSM, her tip request was way out of line for this area. What she finally suggested was that I finish myself off and pay her. 6 for that privilege. Really, WTF?
Anyway, I gave her a quick rundown of prices in this area and explained politely that both the massage price and the requested tip were too high. She then proceeded to bad mouth other spas and lectured me about how rich guys are happy to pay her prices. Maybe that's an Asian shaming thing to try to get me to pay more? I don't know, but I refused all of it and tipped her. 2 for the massage.
After I left I called Sophie and told her the same info. She was more apologetic but then claimed that Amy shouldn't have offered any extras at all. I understand not wanting to discuss those topics on the phone so I didn't push it. But I did repeat that even the massage price of $/ hr was too high as there are plenty of legit places where a massage costs 40-60 per hour.
Bottom line is that FBSM was on the table (pun intended!) but price expectations were unreasonable. Lot's better out there for the $ and for less hassle.

On a recent Sunday afternoon I frequented a popular new spa in Springfield. Scarlett was seeing someone else so I drew "Jackie": long tight legs, a bit softer up top, pleasant smile, I'd say in her late 30's. Although the ample parking lot was pretty emptied when I showed up several door bell rings and phone calls followed so after; so I was Lucky to walk right in.
I asked Jackie for a hard massage with shower to follow (I had just walked out of a shower at home anyway). Massage was one of the best I've received in NoVa or NJ. Included back walking, pressure points down the thighs and legs, and a good hard backrub with her straddling me. Good use of elbows and her long hair. Jackie did not complain about some polite OTC fondling while she stood at the head of the table and rubbed cream across my back and buttocks. Hot towels finished the therapeutic session.
Soft touch was pleasant and not rushed. On the flip she required direction to find the right spot (a common security precaution). Jackie provided a competent finish but no extras. English is not her strong suit but she knew what I was asking for and declined firmly a couple times. Table shower was thorough and a nice way to end. My session lasted a bit more than the full hour and I paid a bit more than the usual (0. 8+0. 6) since I expect to go back.
I really needed a thorough massage and that's what I got. If I were in it mostly for the excitement I probably wouldn't roll the dice at any NoVa MP. Better to spend more with a K-girl agency and get what I came for.

Anyone have the scoop on Bluegems in Tysons corner? Website has been down for about a week now, and no answer on phone. If they are closed, it will be a shame, as they always had high quality girls, mostly non-Asian.
Any recommendations for other places in / near Tysons, Dulles, Ashburn area? I prefer non-Asians. I have heard of Secret Temptations, but have not given it a try yet.
