Location, location, location
Any one know of a place available to rent soon? An a star cast with Happiness service wants to open here if they can find a suitable place. Look at San Diego thread "VIP massage" for info. They will be better than anything I've experienced thus far in Hawaii!
There are a boatload of suitable sites at 150X S. King Street (Crystal Healing, Ace, Golden former locations). The old site for Roses (134X Young St.) is still available. Lots of space in Century Center still available too. I think the former locations of China Doll on Atkinson, Ginza on Queen St. And Tokyo Spa on Ward are all still vacant, as well.
In other words, there is a ton of available space. Your partners in crime can come in and choose wherever they might like!!
IMO and Not Giving Advice
Did Sharon Har's drivers license get revoked, or was it reinstated after the dismissal? That's a good way to beat the rap; refuse any sobriety test.
Yeah, but she when yak too much (e.g., "Do you know who I am?" "Black lives matter") and drive down one one-way street; her medication defense may not hold during a retrial, if any. I think automatic license suspension (possible revocation) if get refusal of driver breath / blood analyses for alleged DUI (with probable cause). Mo better no talk; ask for the blood analysis test to buy some time for get one "sober" reading. IMO and Not Giving Advice.
I sold my 1986/87 Fleer Michael Jordan rookie card in July for $840,000.
Hey brahs,
Long time lurker, second posting LOL. This site has been the holy grail for info, MAHALOS to everyone who contributes, big or small!
Wasn't sure where to ask this but figured this is probably the closest place. For all you long time (or mongers in general), just curious, what kind jobs / careers are why'all in to help sustain / fund your hobby?? Like construction, computers, etc? Don't have to be specific in the position you're in. Like why'all making 40 K and up on average or just enough to get by to fund the adventures? Like we all have bills / budgets / expenses right and was just wondering on how some of you guys are able to keep the hobby going financially. Especially when we read some of you guys go quite often more than most of us could only dream of! LOL.

Make kids work for education
For those guys who don't have kids, the money that they would have spent on raising the kids can instead be spent on the joys of mongering. The current average cost of raising one American kid to eighteen years of age (even without any college expenses) is estimated to be over $272,000, and may be even higher in Hawaii.
I don't have kids nor did I joined the "sucker's club" of marriage. And glad I choose the route of singleness and accomplished allot regarding the mysteries of the human Psyche that would have never happened if one gets stuck on the marriage, kids ball and chain. Life is more than some obligation to work, work and more work and not enjoy the female youth that resides in the various AMP and other places. Parents should make their kids work for their education and serves them right to have responsibilities.
