The only real 'upscale' site is P411. RTP is no better than any of the other forum based boards. References are a 2 way street.

I travel alot, so I use alot of sites, but not going to pay to join the site unless it is for a couple of days. Have had my best luck on here, especially since I travel. Each city usually as some site of its own that works best, but nationwide, USA is on your side. Thanks to all the info my St. Louis friends post. And yes RTP girls charge like BMW, and I drive a VW. I don't have $2. 5 day habit, started out on my first at two dollars and 50 cents years ago. Wish many of you were around to meet her.

A friend of mine previously rented an apartment for fun stuff. Following a snafoo he found himself in, I had the opportunity to review several lease agreements in the STL area, and all had addendums equating prositution with drug activity. Which consitute cause for eviction by a preponderance of evidence as opposed to criminal conviction. I also checked RsMO (that was alot of crap) and the regs favor the landlord. I have no knowledge of the case law behind this, but nonetheless, involving legal counsel dramatically elevates the cost of your experience LOL.
