As for Asians, White Center has one that I see walking occasionally. I did pick her up last year and she turned out to be a little older (about 35 ish). Apparently, the AA business association got together and signed a letter that was sent to the Seattle mayor demanding SPD address the open air SW market on AA. So, on Friday night SPD went out and did a sweep but was done by 10:30 PM.
