They kept sending me new debit cards with my name on it that I never requested. Their customer service was of no help. I don't even think they even have a fraud department. Just ended up shutting it down completely. Seemed like someone was trying to hack my account. Plus scammers seem to like using cash app for their scams for some reason. I'll stick with Venmo.
