2. Ask what division they're currently attached to and the name of their ASAC. It usually doesn't get this far, but have some fun with it.

3. Request their agent I'd number. This is a 5 integer number. It will absolutely never get this far before they hang up.

Last tip. Whatever you do, do NOT provide any personal information if they request it. They should already have it, right?
