Figured I'd share this since I know many have had similar experiences. I've purchased sb credit packages on 3 separate occasions over the years, each time being more discerning having learned some lessons and not wanting to waste credits. This last time I messaged a few accounts that had all met my criteria for determining if they were legit or not. All of them had viewed my profile after I viewed theirs and subsequently messaged me. However after 1 or 2 text exchanges they would all stop responding.

I opened up a support ticket on the site expressed my dissatisfaction with what were clearly bot accounts. I said I wanted my recent wasted credits refunded or I would be disputing the charge with my credit card (a bluff for sure). I was pleasantly surprised that they refunded my credit purchase instead. Not only that but the 2 previous purchases as well. It seems they closed my account though but worth it in my opinion.

Your mileage may vary but it seems they really don't want credit charge reversals.

I'm giving a third try to Secret Benefits, my previous experiences using this site aren't as successful as using seeking, but I'm giving one last chance. Also, I noticed Secret Benefits is exactly the same as [URL]sugardaddy.com[/URL], which seems odd, same profiles, same architecture of the website, except SB is cheaper than sugardaddy for the same amount of credits so take that in consideration when purchasing credits. I feel like this sites really don't care about customers, a lot of money wasted for allowing bots and crap.

When someone joins the site they maybe taking to other person on a whole different site. I met a SB few months ago and when we were talking I learnt and did some digging.

I've joined multiple sites but only upgraded on SB. Mainly because the credit system sends easier for me. I definitely think SB and selling are connected. I put something to the effect of "find me on SB" in the about me section on seeking. I was given the boot. Then I stopped getting visitors and admirers on SB. Also, I get no messages and can't get a reply to messages. No approvals for secret photos. Even people I have talked to / met get no replies. I sent a message to the admins, their reply was. "I don't see any issues, they must have lost interest ". Jerks. LOL. Not I am pretty frugal with using credits, so that might be why I'm on the bad boy list, but I've recently been burning them trying to get responses.
