My back has been really sore from shoveling snow / ice for the past few weeks. I decided to call May Wellness to see if Nicole had someone that could help me. Cindy was busy but she suggested Mandy. It really bothered me when I read it so I checked things out carefully when I was there this time. I have been in this hobby for 30 years or so. I think May Wellness is very clean. Much, much cleaner than most places. Bathroom is spotless. Sheets are changed between every person. I checked the outside of the lotion bottles and they were all clean. Not slimy like some places.
I decided to ask Nicole on the way out about the towels since that was the major complaint of the review. She told me that the review really bothered her because keeping the place clean is one of their highest priorities. She told me that they soak and wash all of the towels every day. Towels are never used twice. The towel heater is cleaned every day. Like I said, the review really bothered me because May Wellness is on my rotation list and I think it's really clean.
