I'd been there may 15-20 minutes and the DJ said she would be up next song. I saw her waddling out of the dressing room, she saw me and came over. If there's one thing I hate to see, it's someone who's sloppy drunk and she was. So, as soon as she walks up next to me, she starts rubbing on me. Immediately, I tell her that I'm going to be leaving after I finish my drink. She goes on to tell me that she's drunk and has been there since 11:30, also mentioning that they begged her to stay over from day shift. She continues to ramble on about how she can speak multiple languages, what a good dancer she is and how I don't know what I'm missing. She also reminds me that I'm in a strip club with a bunch of drunk bitches.
For anyone who was watching, it had to be readily apparently that I was visibly uncomfortable with her. Still, I was trying not to be rude to her but all I can think to myself is "please, let this song be over, so she has to go on stage and leave me alone". Finally, it was. She left to go on stage and I just left. I sure as hell didn't want her coming back over to bother me when she was done. Really, it didn't matter though, because I was going to leave regardless. There was no one I was even remotely interested in seeing.
It's hard to believe that H8's has hit rock bottom. Because just when you think it can't get worse, it does. Still, with a lineup like tonight, they would have been better off just being closed.
I'm amazed at the difference in the club now vs about six or seven years ago. There was a time when this club was hopping on day and night shifts with reasonably attractive, good performers. You could go at any time and find someone worthwhile to take to the back room. Had the day off work, so decided to have some fun at Dearborn BTs. Always have a good time here. Girls are friendly, very open about what they do. About 8 different girls, range of 6-9 (one girl was a 9, smoking hot young blonde. Seriously, just insanely hot, but her dance card seemed full). I saw Amber then Hailey (29 yo brunette, 20 year old blonde, respectively). Each was $130 for FS VIP fun, both receptive and fun. I finally made it over to Legends after work on Saturday night. Got there around 1 am, and the place was packed. It was seriously a fraternity party right out of a movie script. Just people everywhere, people making it rain all over the place, and plenty of girls twerking for some dollars. To be honest, there was too many people, which was probably exacerbated from the Tigers rain delay that resulted in the game ending around midnight, but was still a good time nonetheless. I was there with 3-4 friends, and also to try and meet up with Alexandria, who I saw at BT's in Dearborn earlier in the week. We made eye contact a few times, but actually didn't talk, because I was with someone and so was she. But I thought she was smoking hot earlier in the week and the hottest girl at BT's, but I found her just to be average compared to all the talent that was there that night. There are alot of nice girls, and ran into an old favorite I have some history with. Got a BBJCIM for $. 2 but gave her $20 for a tip because she was trying to get her usual $. 5. There are 2 VIP area, one is a dark open room type concept, and there are private rooms on the other side of the club. They actually installed stairs for these private rooms, and they are closer to the ceiling. With the lighter shower type curtains they use (they had the red velvet type ones before) and the HVAC / vents near the ceiling, the don't offer as much privacy as before. Legends and Coliseum are my two favorite clubs in the area.

Granted, I'm not a guy who'll pay Penthouse or Flight Club prices, so take that FWIW. My thoughts are that the market determines the price and the typically price for a club (at least that I go too) is $120. That $120 covers typically covers 15-20 minutes. Even at twenty minutes, a girl at a club is making the equivalent of $360 / hour. Granted, there's competition and maybe some hustle (unless she's really popular and has a lot of regulars) but there is for escorts too. Of course, the dancer has to pay stage fees and tip out but she also has the advantage not having to search for guys. They come to the club and she just has to be more attractive or more enticing to the guy than the other girls are.
Even with my ATF (escort), who I rarely see (mostly because of distance and scheduling) is $250 and that's going to her house, getting a massage, a "loosely" timed hour (meaning she's not a clock watcher) AND visiting all of her orifices. Add that to the fact that she's extremely attractive, it makes the deal hard to beat.
All of my rambling leads to this: When dancers complains that pricing is too low and that she's not making any money, if you think about it on the basis of economics, she's actually making what a higher end escort does.

" I said "What is the threat because I don't have a car and you don't have my $7 for a valet" He said "$7 or you don't get in" I asked if that was the cover too and he said something about it being their Halloween party and there is $20 cover. Well the only thing I do worst than take shit from a strip club doorman is pay $20 cover charges. On que I looked at my buddies and said does any of us have $67. We all pulled out or rolls and I spread out $1400 in $100 bills and had another couple hundred in other bills and I probably had the small stack. Douch bag sees this as we wanted him to and he offered to waive the valet LOL! We walked to street and called the cab driver. He said he was 5 minutes away and would pick us up where he dropped us. I said I don't need a free booth and I can make my own party. I told the manager that his door men need to not judge a book by its cover. Three of us were in shorts flip flops and t-shirts with a pullover. The manager explained how they have a problem with people parking in the neighbor behind the club and the homeowners complain. I said that sounds like a problem that isn't necessarily yours. Let the police and the homeowners deal with it if its a problem or you could provide free parking if you want to help the neighborhood. The Cab shows up and the manager actually did something somewhat nice. He handed the cab driver a $20 and said this ride is on him. That $20 will get us back to the Penthouse today. It's easier to solve Rubik's Cube than to try to figure out how he's still employed there. The bouncers there are actually ok and professional (as they are at Coli, Bogey's H8N/S, etc.)
Definitely one I'm writing off as one of those "it's the Universe" days. The VIP is wide open, and no extras. But you have an alternative, which is Legends 1 block south. There you can find a more appealing menu and a better atmosphere.

Just some advice / caution if you go to the SC's it is always best to negotiate and seal things before heading back if that is your thing. Be bold what is the worst thing that can happen? They say no or negotiate.
Great advice. Have recieved the same suggestion here some time ago I've been doing this and it saves all kinds of hassle. You both know why your there so don't be afraid to ask about extras before going back. That way there is no confusion. Also don't forget to talk about song count because that can add up if your having a good time. Just why 2 cents.
