I agree with you, this should have already came out and don't know why it hasnt, I think they (jeff and indy pd) should be exposed for what atleast 1 officer did, and I know for a FACT he went through with the whole deal, you bring your evidence or HEARSAY, would love to hear it and in return I will show you HARD / CONCRETE PROOF BY THE OFFICER HE DID!
