I must have hit the day when all the CG's left town. There was nothing happening. Cleopatra. S Barge in Caeasars was full of guys from a convention and there was no room for a CG. I walked past several times and still the same crowd. The slot machines and walkabout showed no activity either. There were a couple of skanky looking ones who noticed me, but I did not much care for them. Flamingo was no better.

I should have gone to other Casinos but my I just went and chilled at one of the less crowded bars in Caesars and at around 2:30 went to bed.

Just a few black ones and that was it. This was in Bellagio, Flamingo, Harrahs, Venetian, and Las Vegas Bl along that entire stretch after 3am.

I typically play at Caesars Entertainment properties and when I'm out on my own stay whereever I get the best rate. Well I got an offer for 5 nights in early June fully comped at IP so I'll be staying there. I've stayed there before when the rates were right although I prefer Flamingo since, among other things, it has better CG action as a rule.

Where do you find them at IP? I'd really appreciate the info and will definitely report back after my trip on how it goes.

Thanks[/QUOTE]My last night in Vegas in February I spotted 2 BCGs in the McDonalds right in front of IP / CR / Harrahs, the one you got to take an escalator up to. They both gave me the look as I was walking out but I was on my way to the airport that night so I didn't swoop in.

I've seen a few at the bar on the registration side once in a while, but it seems like the bar in the very back is the best bet. When they are there.

When they are there.[/QUOTE]I'm not doubting you but the times I've stumbled in there I saw nothing. Not even an unnattractive BCG milling around. The IP is low end and not heavy on foot traffic. I don't think either of those work in favor of finding CG's.

The bar in the very back (near the back elevators and on the way to the parking garage) has been remodeled and is now a frozen drink bar (Fat Tuesdays I think). I've never seen anything there. Obviously I'll check when I'm out there again in June but am not too optimistic. As for the other poster that mentioned the McDonalds. (a) that isn't anywhere near IP as it is on the other side of Harrahs, (be) I don't include girls on the street in my definitation of CGs since I'm looking for girls actually inside the casinos and (see) no offense to anyone but I just don't prefer BCGs. While I stay there if it is free or practically free I certainly understand it is at the bottom of the Caesars Entertainment ladder with respect to hotels. If I was a CG I'd at least go to Flamingo if not a higher end property where I could probably charge a little more.

One question I've never understood. I've heard that Caesers Entertainment hotel security is more agressive than many others in running off CGs since they are worried about their target market being offended. That certainly seems to be my experience at IP (although as stated before many may not go there in the first place) , Harrahs and Ballys. However, Flamingo has had a lot of them over the years (not as many the last few trips and unfortunately security has been more visible than in the past) and I know Rio, Caesars and Planet Hollywood usually have CGs hanging around (not sure about Paris). Does anyone know if there is a corporate policy of being more agressive at many of their mid-strip, mid-priced properties? With exception of Flamingo I rarely see one (unless I want to spend $$$$ at Caesars) and am curious if anyone knows why.

I believe the last time I wandered through there was in December, and it was still a normal bar then. It's the one that is curved in shape, by the slot machines and restrooms at the back of the casino area. I'm not sure if there may be one further back behind the casino area that you are referring to.

As far as girls in there, it is hit or miss. But I'd say that about 50% of the time I see a girl or two in there, but only 10% of those times is it someone I'd be interested in. Flamingo being next door pretty much is still your best bet mid-strip on that side of the street.

Speaking of bars being converted, I'm still ticked that they removed the Seattles Best / Java Junction out of Bills and converted that to a bar. That was my favorite place to grab a coffee and there were never lines like at the other nearby places in the AM.

I was in Vegas the 30th thru the 2nd. I had some friends with me, so I knew I wouldn't get to find my first CG. We spent most of our time between Harrah's and the Flamingo, and I saw a few BCGs walking around. Sunday night I was finally alone on the casino floor at Harrah's, and was keeping my eyes peeled. I was hoping to at least scout a little bit, maybe chat so I could get the lay of the land. I sat at a penny slot machine, and not two minutes later a BCG sat down next to me, asking if I was alone. I had to say I was, except for my friends up in the room. She said she wasn't alone either, and nodded to the other side of me. Another BCG, a bit lighter skinned and skinnier. I'd say a 6 on the first, a 7 on her friend. After I told her I wasn't in position, she said goodbye, and I wished her luck.

So, I guess there is one or two in Harrah's. Here's to hoping for next time.

I had two spring trips last year and true to form Harrah's was a ghost town, but at Flamingo they were a dime a dozen. A month later I stayed at Paris and they seemed to be in ready supply around the bar in the center near the elevators. It also appeared that the girls like to use that walkway that links Paris with Bally's. My take overall is that they are everywhere generally and as long as both parties handle themselves properly and don't bring attention to the situation there will never be a problem. I'm heading out in May and doing my intel now, so any hot tips would be appreciated and my reports will follow upon my visit.

Though some of the establishments escort the obvious ones out on sight, or atleast they do part of the time. I was staying at Caesars on one occasion and they had security at the door turning them (the more obvious ones) away. I even head one of the guys say "Sorry, not tonight".

I imagine management tells security what they want done at any given period.
