The prosecutor CLAIMED the the owner of the club was overheard planning on making additional renovations so they could reopen in Nov. The court clarified the permissions for the are\repair to EXCLUDE renovations. This was within the last month so it does look like they intend to reopen.

Unless they own the land, I wonder how they are paying the rent for the building each month?

So he does have cash flow to keep this property from going under.

Wayne for a family reunion. Dancer quality about 6 to 7, with one or two very popular 8's. Dance contact was not nearly as good.
