Tried twice to have a video chat (my standard criterion for verification), but didn't stick to them. Was a no go.
I tried to login to my WYP account today. When I signed in, it asked me to provide identification for verification. This is what it said, "To encourage and maintain trust between members, you will need to confirm your identity to have your account re-activated".
Is anyone else getting this message? I don't really care to provide a picture of my license or other identification to verify myself on their site, but now it's requiring me to do it to reactivate. If this is happening to me alone, I wonder what happened to make them prompt me to verify.
