I know I'm preaching to the choir here but why do I need a reason to be driving in any area as long as it's not private property. I respect police, I know it's a dangerous job and I know this is simply a scare tactic but this is just wrong. Off my soapbox. Thank you for posting this.

Not uncommon in many households for a spouse to open business, commercial, or governmental snail mail. Normal behavior. A spouse opening this could trigger Armageddon.

And it works both ways, I've a non-mongering friend that finally confirmed his wife was cheating on him when he opened up what turned out to be a follow up from an abortion clinic. The stupid cougar had got ton herself knocked up by the young man she'd latched onto.

Unless you caught picking a SW those letters are a waste of resources. What if the person driving around was an investor looking for houses to fix up and sell. The east side ripe with distressed homes. Well that's just my opinion.

It was about 11:30 am today and I spotted Summer out walking on Third. I was surprised to see her up so early, but I drove around the block and picked her up for a car date. I got one because I frequent an area known for prostitution and drug activity due to legitimate business reasons, I had my attorney and the people I see in the area send the Dayton Police department a response stating that I'm an asset to the community, and this was undue harassment on their behalf. I'm sure the letters were thrown away, it was just my way to Fight The Power that be!
