I would suggest maybe you rethink your approach. Are you being, maybe just a little bit aggressive? Maybe not in from your view, but think about how the provider perceives you. All provides expect some level of decorum. I don't think they enjoy the grab ass aggressive hands to the breast and crouch when they first start the rub. Maybe just prior to the flip put your hand for a brief touch on the leg. I don't even do that. My approach, is to enjoy the rub and the tease. I have always felt $40 was too much as it is.

When I have encountered this I say the highest I will go is $40. Some places have let me for that price but some have made me walk. (I tell them $40 is as high as I go and if not I will walk, and I stick to it.).
