On a side note, the Terms of Use has some alarming components to it though (the terms may not be different than many other sites, but they left me shaking my head). Well I posted regarding the update post on her and it was deleted. Apparently members having all the information is considered argumentative so it was deleted. However I will try again to simply say the "low ball" complaint is not a valid one.
