I haven't pulled the trigger yet on Ivory but she's always piqued my interest for some reason. Any others that you would recommend? I've seen Angel a few times alone as well as once with KK but both are hard to get in touch with now.

You've already named two out of the three. Karma being the third IMO. While I haven't seen her in person I've heard good things about Idalia in Bay City and I can personally recommend Coco in Flint.

I saw Ivory most recently among those four and I had a incredible time with her.
