The good thing about TN is that it not only works on a phone, but also on a PC. You can either go to TN'S website, or download the standalone app from Windows Store. TN has apparently been upgraded to include video chats.
Conversely, Windows now has it's own Your Phone app. If you have certain Samsung phones, you can even see the phone's screen on the PC. The app gives real-time notifications, texts, photos and call records from your phone. Not only can you receive texts, you can also write and send texts from the app. You can choose which SIM card to use to send texts if you have a dual-SIM phone like I do. You can receive and place calls on your PC, which go over the cell carrier.
I agree with the repliers 'text now' is the best app for phone dumps and its free to call at a limit. Bunch of 808 numbers and all you have to do to keep it is use it here and there.

Most of the hot girls we enjoyed pre-pandemic are gone. You can sort thru the reviews in this forum to see what's left and suits you. Good luck.

I wonder if they we're offered a good deal cause developers contacted me early this year to buy are land on that street and we said NO.

The whole area is going to look so different later this year and next year. So besides these condos replacing 88 Supermarket, Don Don, Osaka, and Tonbo, it will also mean no more Sorabol either.

Asia is like kison. Blue star same.
Forget about beach spa. That place has no interests in getting too much cash. Rather they get freaked if too much attention comes. Plus spa same. They are not for locals, they for mainland tourists and do not welcome locals unless their reliable regulars that are not blacklisted in their mother fuckers lists. So it will not be easy to access.
All those k places are now operated by workers so workers choose whether they work or take off, whether they get or block certain customers.
The only place that is operated as old Hawaii way may be angel. But that may bring too much attention and we know top of the top place in gray area always get fucked up by authority.

There will be little bank loans or involvement. Nan and partners have a large bankroll. Labor and equipment for the project will primarily be Nan employees, with specialty contractors that work with Nan on other construction projects, so he can control the schedule and costs as required.
