Call ahead, get in the room, get nude and on the table, no covering. If they cover you, just ask if you can do no cover. That's my easy way if getting in. If they say cover is required, it's likely not happening.
Otherwise, once the massage starts, react to any lower body attention. Let her know that you like being massaged near the crack. Raise your hips a little too.
