If the courts are allowing cases to go through in which officers are breaking the law to this point, then that is very problematic.

Another possibility which may be being overlooked is if the guy who carried out the sting was actually a C. I. (confidential informant). In this case the C. I. Is allowed to go further than an undercover officer, but his actions typically must be checked out with superiors before carrying through with the act. Just putting that out there.

What interests you and doesn't interest you isn't always what interest everyone else. If you want to start up a conversation then by all means hop to it verses bitching about what you WANT to read and DON'T want to read. Make it happen and just skip over that which doesn't interest you. I do it, everyone else does it. You can't please everyone all of the time, but you can respect the opinons and rights of others to voice their interests and concerns.
