This is a good advice. These days it is not a good idea discuss prices especially if you have not seen a SW before. There is case law that legally allows you offer a girl a ride without getting arrested.

It's a safety thing so I don't think there is much risk talking about it here, they aren't going to change that practice. If she doesn't get in, say ok and GTFO. If you're stopped anyway, do not answer any questions- just politely say you don't answer questions to police without a lawyer. That will piss off the cops but there is nothing they can do providing your car is legal and you haven't done anything to get a ticket. They may badger you and make threats but unless you have discussed services or money with the bait girl they can't do anything.
If a girl starts talking money / services before the LE check, drop her off.
It may be hard with them talking to you and harrassing you for answers but stand your ground and just say that you don't answer questions. That is your only response. It will be annoying and perhaps scary, but you'll go home.
You do have to provide license / registration / insurance, don't delay or balk at that. They will record your name and plate# to see if you ever got pulled over before for this and they'll record it for future use for the same reason.
I've heard a rumor that some SWs who get arrested will wear a wire to get their charges dropped and will get in the car with you but that's mostly hollywood crap. Especially in King Cty where they are hunting the johns and looking at providers as victims there is no way they would do that because of the liability.
On the proactive prevention side- make sure before you ask someone for a ride that they are actually WALKING and not standing. If they are just pacing back and forth on a short stretch of sidewalk or not moving at all- avoid them completely! Decoys have to stay in a small area because that is where the trap will be sprung and the cops are stacked up in that area. Cruise back and forth a few times or park and watch her while pretending to check your phone. Make sure she's walked at least block and a half before you scoop her. Yes, you will miss some opportunities that way as someone else swoops in for her but you'll go home that night which is the ultimate goal, IMO.
There has been rumors that LE will use SW's a decoys. But I have never read a or seen a confirmed case of this however. When stopping for a SW do not mention sex or any terms that even co-notates sex. Just because a SW is standing in one spot is not necessarily a sign she is a decoy. I have met many SW's that standing in one spot.

I have met many SW's that standing in one spot.[/QUOTE]Sure, it's not a definite thing but it's a hard and fast rule of mine to avoid stationary SWs because a walking girl is far less likely to be bait than a stationary one.
There is a new SW I saw but didn't get a chance to pick up. I saw her yesterday. She was walking around the IHOP. She she was skinny and had a skirt on with a jacket. Looked like she was in her 20's. Does anyone know who she is? Or have experience with her?

Pink jacket and white skirt? Be careful out there, friends.

Pulling up and offering an undercover a ride might not get you arrested, but it might get you pulled over and your information in a data base. I try to fly underneath the radars as much as possible. There are enough knowns out there that I won't bother with an unknown.

I did a few late evening passes this past week while in the area and it was pretty hot with police activity. I saw police parked in the Jack in the Box parking lot at 125th, in the middle turning lane on Aurora and in various parking lots all along the ave. I watched them pull cars over and question drivers and stop an SW on the sidewalk for questioning. I saw one police cruiser with his headlights off very slowly troll a young looking BSW in a short skirt. I haven't seen this kind of active patrolling in quite a while. I couldn't find any girls to my liking. I picked up two BSWs but neither would offer bare services even when I offered to let them name a price. I finally decided to leave. I will try again next time.
Wow it's been years since I've seen it so busy. Even with the rain there were tons of girls out on the north Aurora stroll from 85th to 145th.
It is great to hear that there is more action in Seattle. Hopefully we will see more SW's in SD. Just use due caution all. LE is stepping up enforcement as I predicted.
