Could someone please tell me the best sub to post a review for an AMP in Annadale? I don't see anything specifically for that area. Thanks.

This news report says that the county has been "urged" to tighten laws. There was a public hearing today about it. Any new laws that might be proposed still have to go through the bureaucracy, and likely wouldn't go into effect for a while.
We should all show up at the next public hearing and speak against it.

Does anyone believe there are really 262 MP's in Northern Virginia where a customer could walk in and expect to receive at least a HJ if not more? I hope whomever came up with this figure hasn't deliberately targeted all massage establishments owned by Asians.
If there's any actual human trafficking taking place, the traffickers should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, let's not slap the "human trafficking" label on consenting adults activities simply because an exchange of money is involved. Fairfax County and other local officials have more pressing matters which need to be addressed. Leave providers and mongers alone.

Right?
Maybe she can't, but if it's a choice between having the service or not, I'll say leave the door open.
I can't believe this law passed. I hope that we as well as the providers are safe.
Where do these advocates come up with the figure of 262 "illicit" MP's?
Probably a generalization that makes a lot of assumptions, such as spas that are open 7 days a week with a published "closing time" of 9 pm or later. The "thinking" being no fully legit place is going to be open that late. Apply just that criteria alone (consider it valid or not) to a Google maps search of NoVA out from DC to Loudon Fauquier Stafford counties and you can quite easily find 300 or more, and not all being Asian.

I think that if the locked-door policy gets tossed out (I think that's likely to ensure the safety of legit places) then the established places like Pine Tree and Angel may be OK. The store fronts with pictures will have more trouble and the advertising might change.
Looks like we'll all be going back to the Extended Stay Hotel visits. Hahaha!

I wouldn't be surprised if this makes it even more difficult to get a HJ, much less FS, at a Fairfax County AMP. Some businesses will shut down, others will move to private residences or extended stay places, and still others will relocate to nearby jurisdictions. Legitimate massage establishments, especially one-person shops, might also be adversely affected. Safety is a concern with the locked door policy.
One big problem with this new ordinance is this might drive the truly bad actors underground and make it more difficult to detect actual human trafficking. After all, there's plenty of gang activity in Fairfax County from MS-13 and other groups. But that doesn't matter to pressure groups, whether religious or secular, that want to keep the funding grants flowing. Score another victory for sex-negative do-gooders in their war on men.
We'll see how this works out.
Yeah, its really unclear how this law applies to different circumstances. The new ordinance says "Massage establishments shall maintain main or primary entrance doors open to the public and unlocked during regular business hours. No main or primary entrance doors shall be equipped with any remotely controlled locked device. Entry shall not be controlled with a camera, intercom, and / or doorbell entry system. ".
What is a primary entrance door? If you get into a waiting area and there is no one there, a locked door, and a doorbell to summon someone up front, does that violate the ordinance? The main entrance was open, the back rooms are locked.
Also, what does non-locked doors achieve? Can law enforcement just walk in and start opening doors to massage rooms? Is there a reasonable expectation of privacy for customers?
Of course this is going to have a chilling effect, but how it all shakes out remains to be seen.
Been meaning to come here for quite some time due to the reports of older providers. Called ahead and got Bibi. I'd say agree she's probably early 50's, fit body with B's and cute kinda of flat butt. Active and thorough TS right away, made sure my taint and ass were very clean. Lots of play on the flip side almost made me finish way early. Back tithe room for a mediocre kind of massage, allowed roaming throughout. Before the flip lots of light touch and tickling with her hair (which kind of made me laugh, how many other dudes before me also had her her everywhere). Allowed me to nurse ok her perky nipples, unfortunately put the cover on early for CBJ but got her on the table for my own thorough DATY and DATO. Very clean, shaved and tight. Eventually got in missionary and didn't last too long pounding her out. On cleanup she gave me a huge and touched me all over saying how much she enjoyed that. Met Grace on the way out, she looks great and can't imagine she's over 40 but you know how Asians are. FW a bit out of the way for me but I would def come back based on other reports for repeat visitors. $$ .40.
but how it all shakes out remains to be seen.
Agree, we consumers of such services have no idea yet. I suspect many will relocate to surrounding counties as their property leases expire. Probably maybe the Ffx County nimbys happy, but just pushes the perceived "problem" to some other County / City, not really solving anything. We KNOW there's no practical way to completely eliminate happy ending MP's.
That said, I will note that a County ordinance like this may or may not apply within Town of Vienna or Town of Herndon (do the Town's issue establishment permits, or the County? I'm pretty sure it's irrelevant within the City of Fairfax. TBH I've not personally paid close enough attention to posted permits in city or town or county spas to know for sure if the City issues permits, I would assume so since cities by state law are separate taxing authorities from their county while towns are not?
