To the original question. There's a convenience store two doors west of that hotel with a small lot to the side. Nobody will bother your car there for an hour and it's an easier walk without crossing the street.

On a side note, I often stay in city hotels that only have valet parking. I don't rent cars in large cities, I Uber to the hotel, which is walkable to my business.
